San Francisco Victorian Remodel
Perched atop a classic Victorian in San Francisco’s Mission District, this full remodel reimagines a once-cramped kitchen, laundry, and baths into a light-filled, highly functional home for a family of four. By opening the kitchen to the dining room and capturing views toward Bernal Heights, the new layout allows for effortless flow and creates a space to hang out. Walnut cabinetry grounds a splash of color, while custom moulding details nod to the home’s original architecture in a clean, modern way. A hidden laundry seamlessly integrated into the kitchen millwork keeps daily life streamlined and clutter-free. The result is a space that feels approachable yet elevated — designed to be durable enough for teenagers, yet refined enough to honor the historic character of the home.
